This “Privacy Policy” has been prepared by Callegari Communication Srl, with its registered office in Parma, Via Bellini 11 (hereinafter, “Callegari”) pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, on the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”), in order to describe how the website www.callegaricommunication.it (hereinafter, the “Website”) and the services made available through the Website by Callegari (hereinafter, the “Services”) with regard to the processing of personal data of users who visit the Site and/or use the Services (hereinafter, the “Data Subjects” as defined in the GDPR and the Privacy Code).
This Privacy Policy applies only to this Website and not to any other websites that the Data Subject may visit via links.
1. Our Policy

Callegari respects the right of its data subjects to be informed regarding the collection and other processing activities involving their personal data. You are free to browse the Site without having to register in advance.
However, in order to use certain Services made available to Data Subjects, they are required to register in advance in a specific section of the Website.

Similarly, the provision of personal data by the Data Subject in the “Contact” section of the Website entails the subsequent collection by Callegari of the data voluntarily entered by the Data Subject in the designated fields, which will be processed to respond to messages and requests sent.
Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website collect, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify the data subjects.

5. Methods and Purposes of Data Processing
Data Retention and Access
In its capacity as Data Controller, Callegari stores Users’ personal data—either directly or through specifically appointed Data Processors—in dedicated databases hosted on servers via the service provided by Aruba S.p.A., headquartered at Via San Clemente, 53 – 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG), with which Callegari has entered into a specific web hosting agreement. This company, which provides Callegari exclusively with web hosting services, guarantees compliance with all security measures required under European regulations for the proper processing and protection of personal data.
The servers made available for this web hosting service are located within the European Union, in Germany.

Callegari, in order to collect and process Users’ personal data, also uses dedicated databases stored on its own servers located at its offices at Via Bellini No. 11, in Parma, and also carries out all other processing operations through the Data Controller’s personnel designated for this purpose as Data Processors, or through any external Data Processors, including during maintenance or update operations.
The data is, therefore, processed exclusively by personnel—including technical staff—designated to handle the data, or by individuals responsible for maintenance and/or updating/improving the Website itself, in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance, and proportionality with respect to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.
The databases are accessible only to authorized individuals through procedures that ensure their protection and confidentiality, thanks to the implementation of security measures designed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. The data is retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the data processing operations for each User, depending on their choices, preferences, and instructions.
In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, will have the right to relocate the servers to countries outside the EU. In such a case, the Data Controller hereby guarantees that the transfer of data will take place in accordance with applicable legal provisions, entering into agreements, if necessary, that ensure an adequate level of protection. Personal data provided by the data subject is retained for the time necessary to carry out the commercial or accounting relationship. Data belonging to individuals who do not purchase or use products/services will be immediately deleted or processed anonymously, unless their retention is otherwise justified, except where the informed consent of the data subjects has been validly obtained for subsequent commercial promotion or market research activities.
General Processing
Callegari processes the data of data subjects in accordance with the choices the user has freely made by giving consent, either at the time of collection or subsequently, as well as to comply with obligations set forth by law, regulations, or EU directives.
Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Such processing may consist of the collection, processing, recording, and/or storage of personal data. The personal data of Users who request documents or informational material (answers to questions, sending of additional documentation, etc.) are used exclusively to perform the requested service or provision and are disclosed to third parties only if strictly necessary to fulfill the User’s requests.
